🧫 AI Lab: From experiments straight into production. 

We introduced our AI Lab based on the CodeNOW platform, enabling companies to immediately start experimenting with AI and quickly deploy it in real-world operations. No theoretical discussions—just practical solutions. For example, AI in logistics helps make real-time decisions on warehouse cargo placement, allowing users to alternate between AI and traditional technological support as needed.

⚙️ Microservices Architecture and Containerization: Solving monolith problems.

Companies often face challenges when modifying monolithic systems. Microservices architecture addresses this by enabling the integration of smaller, manageable new services into large systems. This approach facilitates changes without disrupting the operation of the larger monolith, acting as a change accelerator for AI deployment.

📃 Legislation and Security: Meeting extensive regulatory requirements.  

AI implementation requires compliance with numerous legislative mandates. Issues such as GDPR and data protection are crucial. The right architecture allows companies to leverage AI while maintaining control. AI Lab also provides solutions for monitoring and logging.

🐺 Risk-takers vs. Wait-and-seers.

Companies approach innovation differently. Some are pioneers, adopting new technologies and taking risks to gain a competitive edge. In the Czech Republic, the prevailing mindset is, “Let’s wait until the technology is proven by our parent companies.” Why risk it when “something different might come from the parent company?” What about you—are you a risk-taker or a wait-and-see type?

💭 LLMs aren’t for everyone: Choose the right solution. 

Large models, like Large Language Models (LLMs), are impressive but not cheap. Many companies can succeed with simpler neural networks that are efficient, cost-effective, and less demanding. Start small and scale gradually—”the right intelligence for the right problem.” And remember: no vendor lock-in!
