For 2024’s final gathering, we’ve invited a special guest – Lukáš Kačena, director of prg.ai and organizer of Days AI, who has an in-depth overview of AI developments across the Czech Republic.

Prague boasts exceptional AI experts, spanning fields like robotics, cybersecurity, and natural language processing. However, many companies hesitate to apply AI in practice for too long. Encouragingly, success stories are emerging, including in public administration and even military recruitment, such as the award-winning conversational assistant Adéla by The MAMA AI.

  • Mindset as a Critical Factor:
    AI isn’t just about processes or technology—it’s about mindset. Organizations need to overcome fear and understand that AI isn’t a “magic box” but a tool that requires patience, experimentation, and openness.

    Together, we explored five key areas companies must master, from data preparation and technical infrastructure to team education. AI can drive business transformation, but it must be approached with strategic leadership.

We demonstrated how the integrated CodeNOW platform helps companies rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions. With secure, perimeter-based data handling, controlled processes, and safe testing environments, teams can experiment and learn without unnecessary risks.

While AI hype remains strong, many businesses are still skimming the surface. The key to real impact is embedding AI into the core of business logic and overcoming the fear of new technologies.
